CELIA SEARS

Celia Sears received her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Toronto, while later moving onto Seneca College where she achieved her degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design. This led her to pursue a career in fashion where she accomplished many feats leading her to become the CEO of Show Division a renowned firm that provides backstage creative support, logistics, and advertising campaigns for top tier clients in need of support on international fashion shows, while also providing bespoke artist education.

Through her company, Sears promotes diversity and inclusion efforts within the world of fashion. Sears has been working with Models Trust, an organization that wants to create fair working conditions for models in order to make the backstage experience more inclusive. Sears is working to host workshops that insure beauty pros are equipped and ready to work with models of colour, ultimately promoting a more inclusive environment.
